Managing Your Time
We all struggle with managing our time. Even with all of the advances in technology, time management is still an issue. Did you ever stop and wonder what happened to your day? Where did all the time
The question is not about how to manage our time. The question is about how to manage ourselves. Are we the victim of time bandits? Do we spend our time watching television, or browsing the web? Do we spend time visiting at the end of a busy school day rather than planning for tomorrow’s lessons? Do we spend our time checking emails and social networks?
To borrow from Stephen R. Covey, we need to take care of the big rocks in our lives, then the little rocks.
Who and what are the big rocks in your life? Now that you’ve identified your big rocks, what will you do differently? How can you manage yourself and your time?
By identifying your big rocks, and taking care of them first, you will create more time and spend less time feeling guilty or stressed.
